District
Governor Elect Janice Gage Club Visit Guidelines & Schedule
- 2009-2010
The
District Governor visitation will be held at the usual meeting
place of the club, and the Governor will present her remarks in
lieu of the regular program. The Club President will conduct the
Club meeting.
A meeting will take place before hand between the Governor,
President, Secretary, all officers and committee chairs.
Assistant Governors are invited. This is held two hours ahead of
the meeting, or in the case of a breakfast club, on the evening
before by pre-arrangement with the Governor.
